"good location for a convention attendee"

Room was spacious. well maintained .location perfect next to the convention center.

one of the managers was extremely rude . attitude was disrespectful . people from Padres game set in the lobby while guests didn't have anywhere to stay.

I loved ALL the staff!!! They were more than wonderful. They made my stay better. Every single person was great and memorable. The Tiki bar by the pool had the most amazing food. I would go back just for that! Shoutout for Tony who recommended trying both desserts, which were heavenly.

The bed was a little too hard for me, no vent in the bathroom. But it was very clean, nice, and the view was great. It was a bit noisy with the trolley, metro, train and all. But it didn't ruin anything.

Loved the location, loved the building, the staff

We did not have a good experience with service at the pool. We felt, no actuall, we were forgotten about twice even. Left a small to reflect. Normally we always tip above and beyond to show our gratitude of their hard work. Lighting in the bathroom was a bit too low. But did love the motion night light feature
