The credit card used to make booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification. The name of guest who will be staying must match the name on their credit card. Lest, a new full payment must be made upon check-in by cash. === For Non-Refundable or Special Conditions bookings, guests are required to provide the following to the property prior to your arrival: 1. Authorization letter with your signature 2. Copy of your card (front and back of card with your signature) 3. Passport Guests can also make payment via bank transfer if they do not want to send details of their credit card. The property will contact you to provide instructions. If guests fail to make payment via bank transfer or credit cards within 3 days after booking, the property reserves the rights to cancel your booking. A deposit may be required at the property.
