FRLe 15 avril 2026 j'ai payé 68.40 euros pour une chambre, mais l'établissement ne m'a pas envoyé les modalités d'accès, donc je me suis retrouvée devant l'établissement à 01H35 du matin sans la possibilité d'accéder à la chambre. J'ai envoyé un message Whatsapp et via la messagerie Booking, mais l'établissement ne m'a répondu que le lendemain matin à 8h45, après avoir appelé Booking. Pendant le nuit j'ai été obligée de chercher une autre chambre pour laquelle j'ai payé 120 euros à l'hôtel Garda, Montichiari, à 23 km. J'ai la facture de l'hôtel Garda et le ticket carte bancaire à 02h27. L'établissement ne veut pas me rembourser et Booking non plus. Je trouve que la responsabilité pour le remboursement est 100% à Booking car j'ai réservé via leurs plateforme.

ROThe location is very well positioned in the city center,parking is also possible, there is a public parking near the building which seems pretty safe.The room is large,clean and very well equipped.
The missing information, it was not clear from the check in link how to enter the appartment. We arrived without any indication where to park, how the enter the building and then the apartment. We called the number from the booking and no one answer, we wrote and finally we got an answer but just in Italian. We got a link and some options to unlock 2 building doors and then the apartment itself. Very confusing and without proper information.
