AUA lovely little room in a lovely town.
GBIt was a great cosy place with everything we needed. A cute mezzanine for the second single bed.
A few stairs to negotiate up to the property. It was a bit dark but lots of lighting and the windows from the mezzanine were good.
USWhen booking I was able to see from the photos that this stay would be lovely, but for anyone unsure, I can attest that it’s even better in person. It’s spacious yet cozy, with old Italian charm and a wonderful, bright loft that I feel may have been understated in the property’s posting (that’s the second bedroom!). The location was exceptional, being in the heart of beautiful Bellano, under 5 minutes’ walk to the lakeshore, and fewer than 15 to the train station. Natacha was kind and communicative anytime we needed her, and the excellent wine from their very own vineyard was a welcome add-on. All in all, it felt like home for a night for my mom and I, making the trip of her dreams all the more special. Thank you, Natacha!

MTLocation not far from train station and was very close to Orrido which is the main attraction in Bellano. Lodging was very nicely decorated and had ample heating facilities. Although I did not meet the host personally she was always readily available providing information by phone.
There are some stairs to get to the apartment which might prove to be a hurdle for some travellers of a certain age. If stairs are not a problem then a stay at La Mimosa it is highly recommended.

GBAmazing location. Glad we chosed Bellano to stay instead of Como, Varrena or Bellagio as we were looking for quiter less turistic place. It's lovely town with quite local charm. Apartment is quirky to say least. One od the quirkiness places we ever stay and we did stay in quite few. Would suite somone staying for longer as it has fully equipped kitchen and lady whonowns it was very helpful over the what's app. Worth visiting
The list of does and don't send before we arrive sounded a bit much and might sounds a bit extended if you jist want to go for holiday and enjoye it rather then think what you can for can not do. But we understood that it's a small , less turistic community and lovely lady. just wanted make sure all is good. She was very helpful Rules re using certain electric facilities while not using others could be a problem for some people if they stay longer. Maybe fixing electric issue would be good idea. :) Rrgarfless it's a lovely place thought! Defo worth visiting
