L'alloggio è posizionato a pochissimi metri dalla piazza centrale, Piazza della repubblica. Alloggio molto grande

La casa è posizionata in una stradina buia. Ha una scala ripidissima da salire, che con i bagagli non è proprio semplice. Ha un solo bagno cieco e la doccia perdeva acqua dalla tubazione attaccata al muro. Gli ambienti non erano pulitissimi e dimostra di essere un appartamento datato con gli evidenti segni di cattiva manutenzione.

Mutfak kullanışlıydı. Odalar büyüktü.Banyoda sabun, mutfakta yemek için yağ kahve tuz vardı. Tekrar kalabiliriz

Ev yeterince sıcak değildi. Kaloriferler açılmasına rağmen ev sabaha kadar ısınmadı. Taş ev olduğu için ısınamıyor olabilir.

Un B&B senza grandi pretese, ottima la posizione al centro di foligno, le camere spaziose e buona qualità del sonno essendo in una piccola via con poco passaggio. Ottima recezione wi-fi.Buono per una notte.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con le luci nelle varie stanze nella sala da pranzo la plafoniera al soffitto lampeggiava, in una camera da letto priva di abat jour da comodino aveva una luce principale tombale molto molto molto soft ho dovuto spostare una piantana altrimenti non si vedeva nulla. Le posate erano sporche è stato necessario rilavarle, e mancava uno strofinaccio, un'insalatiera, insomma piccole cose che fanno la differenza. Il bagno un pò datato con mattonelle rotte. Per arrivare all'appartamento una bella scala un pò ripida. Inoltre intorno all'appartamento è tutta zona per residenti non si può parcheggiare abbiamo lasciato la macchina in un parking a pagamento nei paraggi e abbiamo pagato l'indomani mattina più di 15 euro.
