"Home from home facilities & great location"

Really nice place to stay close to the centre of Bristol. The accommodation was very high standard with excellent facilities throughout. There are plenty of eating places & bars nearby (we had a lovely meal at the 'Caribbean Croft') Would definitely stay here again

"Cozy and clean ideal for short break"

Property was clean and tidy. Very comfortable sitting room area and adequate kitchen area. Bedrooms were clean and well furnished. Beds very comfortable. The property is over 3 levels, therefore not ideal for someone with mobility issues.

Bedding appeared clean but looked shabby and pillows were very flat. Although the property felt safe, the surrounding area was very rundown yet still had character.

"Excellent base for a Bristol city visit."

Location perfect for Bristol city centre. Access to property very simple. Comfy beds, very good shower, tv with netflix. Owner was very nice when we met.

Only that it would be better if it had parking.

Perfect location for proximity to restaurants and bars. Convenient to our daughter's new apartment. Very well-appointed home with character and personality. We would book to stay here again.

Car parking is a challenge throughout Bristol. It is possible to find limited car parking a ten minute's walk from the accommodation and the host, Tim gave several helpful suggestions.

They included hairdryer and straighter Location was excellent

Freezing cold wasn’t allowed to turn heating up Man was in and out of the hallway , lack of privacy The kettle was full of limescale
