Communication with host was quick and easy. Check-in via lock box very convenient. Ample parking shared between the other apartments. Great location - short and pleasant walk to town centre. Garage and shop across the road for any last minute or forgotten items. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The beds and mattresses are hotel quality and were extremely comfortable for everyone in our group.

Some aspects could be modernised such as the kitchen cabinets and decor, as well as the living room sofa. The back garden has great potential for summer guests if kept tidier too.

The location was excellent - a 10 minute walk into Kenmare. The house and beds were clean. There were 2 ensuites and a main bathroom. It was very spacious.

The house was very dated especially the ensuites. The showers were very bad with the one that didn't have an electric shower, extremely difficult to work with some of it missing. The back "garden" was a disgrace, the grass was so high that it couldn't be used. With a few extra touches e.g. replacing the cracked mugs, supplying shower mats, some toiletries, a shower caddy the place could be excellent.

The second bedroom shower is not working.

Very clean, plenty of towels, close to supermarkets and city centre. Very spacious place and plenty of bathrooms. Could park infront the residence
