Dirty, roaches everywhere and they still charged me even after I left

Well the staff was ok

No breakfast, a lot of drug dealers and prostitutes and loud , felt unsafe

It was right in the middle of a strip of easy walkable stores

Everything. Staff, the room was filthy, things did not work. No hot water. Asked for another room and was refused. Drug usage and the selling of drugs was being done. Prostitution, fighting arguing, people slamming doors banging on doors. Trying to kick doors in, homeless people hanging out, drug heads hanging out. I was approached by so many people it did not make any sense. The fire alarm was pulled and was allowed to go on for so long. I had just fallen asleep and I got woke right up. I did not rest or have any peace at all. Nor did I feel safe. I asked for the police to be called and someone to say or do something nothing happened. I called the police myself I doubt they ever even showed up. This was ridiculous, and by far one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had in my entire life. Also I was itching in the bed I hope and pray it wasn't any bed bugs. Was the bedding really even clean?

Nothing the property was dirty ghetto room smelled like smoke people fighting yelling cursing 3am I was scared for my life

Mostly the location, and also the rooms are not clean to standard. And while i understand that may be subjective, there should not be bugs on the floor and smudges on the wall.
