When I arrive at the property they rejected my booking they said we are not taking any bookings from booking.com so I sleep in my car with my family because I cannot find another hotel at the same time. The experience is very terrible with booking.com i need refund ASAP it's my hard earned money

Property is in a good location and is worth of money

It’s situated in crowded place and communication and transportation is very good

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never book here again. We reached the hotel at 11:00 AM, but they refused to check us in, saying the room was not vacant and asked us to come back at 2:00 PM. We returned at 2:00 PM, but still they did not give us the room. After repeated requests and waiting for a long time, they finally gave us the room at 2:30 PM. We had booked a 4-bed room, but they gave us a 3-bed room, which was not sufficient for our family. Since we came for Umrah and did not want to argue or spoil our spiritual journey, we somehow managed. After many requests to change the room to the correct 4-bed room, they finally changed it at 5:00 AM the next morning, which was extremely inconvenient. One staff member (a Bengali gentleman at reception) spoke very rudely and did not show respect toward the Haji guests. This behavior was very disappointing. When people come for Umrah, they expect basic respect and cooperation, not rude treatment. Additionally, the hotel location is far from Haram, which makes it difficult, especially for elderly pilgrims. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Hajis should not face such problems during their sacred journey.
