The staff were good

There was a foul smell at the lobby. The AC was not on in the lobby. The rooms in one side is very old and the AC was not strong.

Clean rooms

Location was too far, staff behaviour was not so good. Charge extra for snacks was too high.

Did not look around was resting.

Room given was not checked. Bathroom was flooding. Though some paper had clogged it removed by the technician on complaint the problem continued. There was no hot water. Technician says no one has used the room for a long time. Ac was not working it was some switch problem no idea really but it could have been checked before giving the room. The pillows had a bad odour. There were no hand towels. There is no hot water. I felt I was so treated because I had used booking.com. The reception staff informs about the minibar and extras kept in the room but other information no. It is not informed that 10 percent charge for the staff is levied at the restaurant. I did not have a problem with it but on the bill without informing and taking one’s consent I don’t think it’s a right method. The staff was silly to take it off but that’s not the point. The hot water problem seems to be solved by the technician according to the receptionist and he checks and feels warm water is hot water. When I tell them check their system don’t send the technician to the room then it’s checked and before check out a call is got systems are on is hot water there. Hope we did not get treated like that for booking through booking.com in that case I may not want to use your service. My mother and I had checked in she is 82 so could not bathe poor lady went to the bathroom and came out try to let the cold water run 😊. Anyway I don’t think I am going there again. Please request the head of departments to look into the matter the staff are good but there may be trainee staff as well who need help and guidance as to how the system works, service works ….
