"Food and service beat expectations..."

The food (breakfast buffet) and in-room dining were simply superb - the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Also, the service and staff were truly exceptional during the stay.

The overall location is very central. However, the locality (truck terminal) is horrendous and not very safe for a family stay. The rooms are a bit dated and need of some freshening up.

It would be better to have a lower portion of single serving of food. This will avoid lot of wastage of food.

"Horrible. Do not stay here!"

Very very unclean. The bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them. We informed the manager about this and he moved us to a new room where we experienced the same problem. Finally the third room had clean sheets but the floor was so dirty and there were cockroaches in the washroom. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend this place. The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. This is a 2 star hotel and not 4 star
