LKLKI had a truly enjoyable stay at Deer Hill Residency. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the family owning the property was very attentive and friendly, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The food was delicious and each meal was served fresh and with care. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day. The location was also ideal, offering a peaceful environment with beautiful surroundings that added to the overall charm of the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily recommend Deer Hill Residency to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and great hospitality.

DEVery comfortable, clean room with river view. It’s located a bit outside the city, which was good for us because it was quieter than inside the city. The breakfast was amazing and the host Nirosh supported us in every belonging we had. He also went with us to his own gym, which we could use, 200 metres away from the accommodation. All in all we would highly recommend a stay at Niroshs and we will definitely come back.

NLBehulpzame familie die ons overal mee wilde helpen. Vooral Nirosh heeft ons veel geholpen. We mochten onze grote backpacks achterlaten toen we met onze scooter naar het noorden en oosten zijn gegaan. Prima kamer met een fijn terras en uitzicht. We hebben onze was laten doen, ontbijt was prima. We zijn uiteindelijk nog een nacht extra gebleven. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!
Wij vonden het niet erg, maar houd er rekening mee dat het wel iets buiten het drukke centrum is (ongeveer 10/15 minuten met de scooter of Tuktuk)
BEPrachtig huis ! We waren met 7 en hadden het hele huis voor ons alleen. Zeer gastvrije eigenaars! Lekker ontbijt en avondeten!
USNirosh, the owner’s son, was a great host, wanting to help with anything. The house and room is very clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and very modern with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The reality looked even better than the pictures! The veranda in the back looks out onto fields and the Mahaveli River - very beautiful. Good breakfast and when I said I had a long train journey, they gave me a simple packed lunch for free. 25 minutes by tuk to Kandy and 10 minutes to Peradeniya.
All good. Wifi was a bit spotty in my room at times but had excellent signal strength in the guest living room area.
