The Sunny Side House

Great location, large house, & great backyard.

More face towels are needed in the house, more than 1 roll of toilet paper is needed in each bathroom, house was clean but needs a deep clean especially in the master bathroom.

Location, pool, fruit trees and all the bathrooms.

Location and spaciousness

The coffee pot was broken could not make coffee. The refrigerator was not hooked up to water so there was no ice. The refrigerator made a dinging noise our entire stay. The dryer turned on, but didn’t work. The next-door neighbor behind us called us over to the fence But was completely naked when we got there. Assuming the heat to the pool was turned off so a lot of other lights in the house didn’t turn on.the neighbors to the left were pretty noisy.

It was a cool house except the ac didn't get cool

Once the pool was heated, it was lovely!!! The outside yard was great. Appreciated the Keurig coffees. The home was clean. We even used the garage for our rental car.

1) air conditioner wasn't cooling to requested temperature. 2) dishwasher always blinked and stopped and didn't finish without us opening and resuming. 3) remotes in middle bedroom and front of house bedroom did not work to turn on the TV. FYI: during the windstorm, a couple roof tiles blew off and broke on the driveway.

Very clean and nice pool.

The home was in the airport traffic pattern. Very loud Plane activity started at 6:00AM every morning. The barbecue is very old and rusted and should be replaced, missing all but two bulbs in the out door dining area chandelier, No bowls supplied in the kitchen and would suggest providing plastic cups for outdoor use.
