Cambierei i cuscini (uno dei due era inutilizzabile)

Bellissima casa, comoda, curata e situata vicino al centro. Zona tranquilla, in una corte molto bella e probabilmente storica.

Nulla. Suggerisco solo un cambio delle lenzuola, un po’ usurate.

La proximité avec le centre historique

La pénombre dans l'appartement malgré le soleil dehors. La difficulté à trouver l'adresse et puis les clés, digne d'un escape game... Le manque de chaleur de l'hôte, qui est tout juste poli et vous demande à 8h du matin votre heure de départ et de lui laisser les clés et taxes de séjour sur la table, sans prendre la peine de savoir si tout s'est bien passé.

Su Booking segnalava “colazione inclusa” al nostro arrivo una busta di latte e una di pan di stelle, la giustificazione è stata: per 22€ a notte in alta stagione ho fornito latte biscotti e caffè. A questo punto non fornirla e fai più figura. Se si vuole avere una struttura bisogna farlo al 100% anche quando il prezzo è più basso o più alto. Cuscini da cambiare, frigo non funzionante. Struttura ok, basta semplicemente migliorare le piccole cose 😊

The apartment is spacious for two people and is housed in a palazzo with offices and commercial activities on the ground floor. The floor was clean and also the bathroom. The location is good with easy access to buses and you can get bus tickets from the tobacheria close by. Easy walking to the historic centre and the train station is 20 minutes away.

There's no WiFi and communicated this to the host immediately and was told it was not free! I sent him screenshots of the policies and facilities of the listing on Booking.com! The internet without WiFi is poor, keeps breaking off, the only strong signal is in the bathroom, not on the sofa! I tried to get some tickets online and had issues with cutout time. The towels need replacing, they look more like fit for scrubbing and cleaning rather than towels. There are 3 small glasses in the 'kitchen' and there was no spare toilet roll in the bathroom. There are plates and cutlery for 3 people. The 'kitchen' has bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and sugar, nothing else. We arrived Sunday afternoon and the only shop available for supplies for 2 days was Kane'supermarket. Don't go there. We got bad tummy and threw away the watermelon because it was already mouldy. Avoid at all costs this supermarket which was nearby.

Clean, comfortable, nice host

Nice apartment in a beautiful building, 3 minutes walk to the historic centre of Lecce. Owner very welcoming, helpful and responsive. Comfortable and well-equipped. Good value. Recommended.
