Staff courtesy. Got early check in with extra payment.

The lift is on the first floor. Had difficulty to reach the reception on the first floor climbing the stairs where the lift is available. The access steps to the lift near the reception area are of height (10" or so). There is no table or desk in the room to keep/ open the suitcase.
