Ac avaible but only 1 ac working. Hot water is limited. Towels almost made of plastic…

I liked the large rooms and the location.

I didn’t like that the pillowcases, the duvet cover, and especially the bath towels were dark blue instead of white.

The location in the old town was perfect, very quiet but only 5/10 minutes from restaurants, cathedral etc. The hosts were very helpful, sending us lots of useful information. They booked us taxi transfers for the airport - someone was there to meet us on arrival, and they turned up on time to collect us for the return journey. The actual apartment was spacious enough for the four of us, and very clean. We'd book it again!

Location was excellent and the instructions given were very clear and communication was good. An arrival airport transfer was also arranged. The apartment was a good size and the main shower was very good. Water and coffee was left for us.

With the addition of a small microwave and a dishwasher it would have been perfect.

The location, walking distance to the centre of Valletta and transport and the size of the apartment.

Building work was going on in the apartment behind us and the apartment below us so the noise of the drilling and banging at 7.00am in the morning was unbearable. The bedroom with the en-suite had a smell of wet plaster all the time of the week’s stay which wasn’t pleasant. There was a notice on the main entrance which we translated saying about the building work going on in the apartment block we asked the the agent about it which they said they had no knowledge of this and apologised said it was out of there control and told us that Malta just put the paperwork permit up on the building and don’t let the owners know as it’s not the owner residence? Looking back of other reviews looks like there’s building work previously. Also we had to ask for a couple of mugs as only had espresso cups and one mug for apartment that caters for 4 or more persons looks like other guests have commented also? Also there was a problem with leaking shower on day one which we let the agent know by message agent replied asking if it was ok to come next day with the owner and plumber so we had to vacate the apartment for the plumber to do the repair. The agent message saying the problem had been sorted and not to use shower to the next day as they had sealed with silicone but not actually sorted the problem I had actually reported so sent them a video of the leak they had missed, so they had to come back the next day to sort it out, so once again we had to vacate the apartment. Wasn’t the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for! Not even offered any compensation for the all the inconvenience to us, not very good CS. ,

Very clean and spacious, has everything you need!! The rooms are big so you can easily unpack and make yourself at home. The location is great and within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The host Dorina was lovely and very accomodating. Was very quick and easy to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable.

Location was perfect for us. Would stay again if travelling back. Bed comfortable

We hired this apartment knowing as a family we had a washing machine. On arrival we were told not to use it as it wasn’t working and it would be replaced asap. After a week stay still no contact and no working washing machine. Water pressure also very poor.

The location is nice, and the apartment is very clean. The owner and the cleaner were very nice and pleasant :)

There was a minor inconvinience with the washing machine which wasn't working properly. The owner vas very straightforward and gave us new towels without having to pay.
