Great value for money and couldn’t ask for a better location in Phnom Penh. Located right next to the weekend night market and surrounded but many delicious restaurants and cafes. Also right next to the palace which is a main tourist attraction. The guy that owns it is very friendly, I can’t fault him at all. He offered us lots of advice on what to do and welcomed us with a big smile. Rooms are pretty basic which is expected for the price and kept very clean with daily room service which is a nice touch. Also has a very nice elevator which was helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very helpful, restocked towels, water and soap in the room very frequently. Room was very clean, TV in room and very good AC. Room is also only $20 a night which is excellent value, and is in a very good central location.

The shower wasn't super warm which was annoying. There is also a curfew at 11:30pm where the owner shuts the hotel. It was not an issue for me, however if you are intending to stay out late at night, i would keep this in mind.

Location was great - near the river, few mins walk to the palace and a couple of markets within walking distance. There is also a 24h convenience store nearby. Friendly staff, who speak fairly good English.

Hotel does not open 24/7 - this was communicated early though. It opens from 6am to 11.30pm. The toilet's ventilation was not working, so it got really hot.

A very good hotel for the price! Nice and polite family! The location is simply perfect – right in the city center. The room itself was clean, and they cleaned it every day and provided fresh towels and water! Thank you very much!

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room. Also, I missed the ability to warm up food somehow. I would have been glad to see at least one microwave in the hotel. Otherwise, everything was great, thank you!

This is our second time staying here within 2 weeks! We had to come back as the owners are so friendly, so is their whole family! It is a great location to walking street, markets, restaurants and bars. Reasonably priced aswell and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a few nights in Phnom Penh!
