Location is good.

There was no one to receive our luggage. Towels were not kept in the room. Breakfast was delayed. The staff was very rude - when I called for missing towels the reception got angry and when we asked for the breakfast at 0800 am, the restaurant manager was rude. Breakfast was of the worst quality.
