Awkward and cramped tea making facilties. Wasn't aware before our trip dogs in house and the garden. We had to cut through back garden to enter owners property to access the 2 flights of stairs up to loft . As the loft was technically on the third floor of owners home,we didn't feel private as constant activity on second floor from owners. Having said that,a pleasant place for one overnight stay. Unfortunately seagulls are noisy through most of night(not owners fault of course)

NLGBJane and her daughter were very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The room (plus lounge!) were very comfortable and clean. The bed was so, so comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend!
