“Kitchen facilities” need to be a little better thought out in my personal opinion. However this didn’t affect my rating of the place.

USPROS: Alex & Tim were very good about communicating considering Booking.com's email system did not work for either of us. Studio is located in a fairly new subdivision and has modern amenities like a great shower head, good fan & A/C, decent # of plugs, very good internet & free parking. One of our hosts, Tim, gave us fresh fish which he had caught -- this was a real treat! There is a nice outdoor seating area with an umbrella and good amount of windows for ventilation.
CONS: Not as close to the beach as we had hoped but within driving distance of very nice beaches. Studio is quite small -- e.g., there is no kitchenette area so there is no sink to wash dishes; Nepresso coffee machine/electric kettle & microwave are located in a closet. Due to its small size, 2 large suitcases are difficult to have inside, especially with no luggage racks. Walking path to the studio includes large stones with gravel in between the stones, so it's impossible to roll suitcases to the studio.
