Le personnel, l’emplacement, en face de la place, d’ailleurs je recommande vivement de se réveiller à 4:45 du matin pour aller à la place pour regarder le lever de soleil et se baigner. Sinon j’ai trop apprécié la surprise qu’ils m’ont fait à l’occasion de mon anniversaire.

Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ và lễ tân. Gia đình chúng tôi phản hồi về lọ sữa tắm và dầu gội có bị mốc nhưng lễ tân coi đó như là 1 việc bình thường, thậm chí ko có 1 lời xin lỗi. Nhân viên lễ tân buffe sáng thì mặt rất ko thân thiện, giá tiền bỏ ra cho khách sạn 5 sao nhưng ko thoải mái.
