I stayed at Bisan camp in Wadi Rum for one night, and the experience was completely unforgettable! The tent was very comfortable, clean, with warm beds and enough blankets for the night cold. The view of the mountains and the desert is amazing, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. Reception and service: The Bedouin crew were very welcoming and generous, I felt like I was in a family home. They helped me arrange the tours and they were cooperative in everything. The best part is authentic hospitality! Food: Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and fresh, abundant quantities and vegetarian options are available. Bedouin tea is irresistible! - Fire and Stars Session: Highlights of the Experience! I sat around the fire with tea and stories, and the sky is full of stars – I saw the Milky Way very clearly, a truly magical experience in the darkness of the desert. In general, the camp is quiet and away from congestion, perfect to relax and enjoy the beauty of Wadi Rum. I highly recommend it to those looking for an authentic Bedouin experience at a reasonable price. Thanks to the crew for the beautiful memories! I will be back, God willing.

My stay at Bissan Hotel in Wadi Rum was an unforgettable experience. The warm welcome and great care from the staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, tasty, and varied, catering to different preferences. The activities were fun and well organized, including tours and evening experiences. Stargazing at night was truly magical and added a special charm to the stay. The place perfectly combines comfort, nature, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in Wadi Rum.

The star-gazing night tour was not as I expected. We visited a Bedouin camp, but there was way too much light to really see the stars. This was the only program that we did not really like.

The property is set in a beautiful, scenic location with clean and well-maintained rooms. The dining area and campfire setup were great.

Dinner and breakfast options were quite limited, and since we don’t eat meat, there were no suitable alternatives — which was inconvenient given the remote location. Even water was served in small capsules during meals and wasn’t refilled. It’s best to carry your own lunch and snacks, as there are no nearby food options. Guests are not allowed to reach the property in their own vehicles because it’s located inside the desert. If you arrive by taxi, additional pickup charges apply per person rather than per vehicle. Although 4x4 cars can easily reach the site, they are not permitted. Guests arriving in their own vehicles are charged for parking unless they book an activity through the host, which waives the fee. This arrangement felt restrictive, and we were informed about it only a day before arrival — even though tour guides from Petra mentioned that such services are normally free. Additionally, there was no water flow in the shower, only through the tap.

Really great communication prior to arrival. Great hosts, small and charming desert camps. Incredible views from the central Bedouin tent/room as well as from our tent/room (some "rooms" had better views than others). Everything is very clean and coffee and tea available all day. The dinner was amazing and very indescribable. The camp run by a guy named Tariq was very nice and it was an unforgettable trip. It's also nice that the prices for the desert tours are very transparent and reasonable (jeeps and camels), which they all took care of arranging and you can pay at the end, all very convenient. Thank you guys so much for such a fun time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about our stay from the welcome to the accommodation to the cleanliness to the food to the tour and the location was perfect. I would go so far as to say that this was our best experience of the entire trip to Jordan. The value for money is incredible, the hosts are warm, friendly and approachable who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our host was Tariq who took really good care of us. They also upgraded our stay because the room was available and gave us a really good personal tour of the Wadi Rum desert. Overall, the total price for the stay, food, tour, and the whole experience was totally worth it. I will highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Wadi Rum
