Новый дом,район шикарный ,хозяйка Гульназ приветливая ,учла все наши просьбы,смело можете бронировать ,если приеду в Алматы,то только сюда.Квартира светлая ,чистая ,все новое свежее.Рекомендую от души !

"Terrible experience"

Extremely disappointing experience. The host was unreachable and did not respond to any of my calls. We were left waiting outside with my family for two hours. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
