Chill House make a Good Story with infinite Ocean Surf and Stay

Very nice, chilly place at 1 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff very kind and the tipycal breakfast with srilankan homelette and fruit very nice.

This is a nice place for surfers and anyone who loves the ocean! It’s just a few tiny steps away from the beach, so we swam in the ocean literally every day—either in the evening or right after our morning jog! The hotel is located far enough from the city center to ensure incredible peace and relaxation, away from all the hustle, the noise of cars, and the tuk-tuks. Yet, it’s close enough that you can take a relaxing walk on the beach or a short tuk-tuk ride to enjoy all the benefits of the tourist spot: delicious restaurants, chill bars, and shopping areas. The rooms are simple, yet they are equipped with everything necessary. One of the biggest benefits of this hotel is the sea view right from your room, or even from your bed! Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! They will provide you with all necessary information, try to solve all your requirements, arrange a car, and much, much more! We had an amazing stay! You can also book surfing lessons here. I recommend lessons with Dissanayaka. He conveys information in a clear, understandable way, and I was already gliding on the waves during the first lesson.

The staff are exceedingly amiable and always prepared to assist at any time of day. The breakfasts are delicious and include fresh fruit. The hotel boasts direct access to the sea and offers an excellent view from the window. The rooms feature a spacious bathroom, and beach towels are provided complimentary of charge. A taxi and tuk-tuk stand is located in very close proximity. The most remarkable aspect is that the entire establishment is designed for the comfort of its guests. Check-in is available at any hour, as is breakfast. The breakfast typically consists of a traditional omelette, toast, and fruit, but one may request local dishes in advance. The hotel can also arrange excursions, with prices being comparable to those found elsewhere in the city. While there is access to the sea, it is not a developed beach area and lacks sun loungers. Although the shore is clean and swimming is perfectly feasible, we personally preferred the central beach of Weligama. There is no daily housekeeping, but the rooms are cleaned and all linens are changed upon request. By the standards of the island, the nights are remarkably quiet

Мы с мужем приехали исполнить его заветную мечту "научиться серфингу" на его ДР. Отель выбрала я по отзывам, нам нравятся небольшие отели, где теплая семейная атмосфера, Chill House оказался именно таким. Небольшой, тихий, комнаты просторные без излишеств, уютные балкончики с видом на море, 1я линия, спать под шум волн очень экзотично. Море прям рядышком, широкая береговая линия, шелковый песочек, пальмы гюкругом. Райское местечко. Персонал особенно приветлив, очень искренние улыбки, покорят ваше сердце. Завтраки очень сытные, фрукты вкуснецкие. За все: атмосферу, улыбки, вкусности ставлю 💯 баллов. У ребят кстати и серфинг и байки, все есть.

Das Chill House hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte tollen Meerblick. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt gewesen. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Auswahl an Gerichten aus denen man wählen konnte. Am ruhigen Badestrand stehen ein paar Sunbeds zur Verfügung. Der Surfkurs bei Harrys Surf Point mit Darshana war sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This hotel was OK - the room was clean and the location on the beach was good. However it seemed very quiet and limited on staff, so it felt a bit deserted. The restaurant is also closed in the evening due to having no chef, but the breakfast was good. Quick and easy to get to nearby Mirissa by tuk tuk if you want dinner and drinks.

Such a gorgeous property! Food is amazing, staff are super helpful and nice and will give you great suggestions. Great location right by the beach. Highly recommend!

Schönes Hotel mit Strandlage. Sehr bemühtes Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Super Preis/Leistung. Einziges Manko immer dasselbe Frühstück, aber bei dem Preis darf man nicht meckern ….
