Very poor facilities which are not even closer to the descriptions that mentioned in booking.com while booking. And even after raising complaint in booking.com nothing has happened as i just wasted my time in booking complaint

No ac, not clean, not even closer cover was properly fixed.

Very disappointing, we booked an ac room through booking.com and when we reached there ,there was no staffs available, only one security was there and he don't have any idea regarding booking.com as well as the rooms. We showed him our booking with an ac room. Later he called someone else and the person on the phone was informed if you need ac room u have to pay the double charge, otherwise you can go and search for some other accomodation, later we force to take a normal room with fan and also in bathroom the closet was broken and there was no basic amenities provided. Then we contacted the customer service of booking.com, then the customer service dept talk to the owner and later informed us they will change our room aftr 12 pm to an Ac room with basic amenities. But nothing happened the whole day we stayed in that dirty room and came back. Never ever recommend to anyone. There was one staff came after 10'O clock and he was very helpful and well manner guy. All others are utter waste.
