The place is very big with a lot of space, clean We had a pleasant stay with a quiet night. Parking in front of the apartment or on the side available.

Location is good, easy to access city, ok parking, appartment fresh and clean.

This was a very nice 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment where my husband and daughter and I stayed for a few nights. It was on the ground floor, right off the street, which made me a little nervous at first, but it turned out to be perfectly safe and quiet. Everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. We appreciated the kitchenette, too. Parking was on the street, but we never had a problem finding a spot. There are coffee shops and grocery stores within walking distance and even some restaurants down near the waterfront.

We weren't that familiar with Kalamata, so we didn't realize that we needed to drive to get to the museum and some of the other places in the downtown area. We had hoped to be able to walk to the central area, but we miscalculated! However, the traffic in the central was quite bad, so that made us appreciate our out-of-the-way location a little more. If you are going to be driving to other towns and areas, the Pagani is a great central place to stay.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a multi-storey building. Between the old town and the harbor. Everything is in a new, excellent condition. The kitchen could do with a bit more equipment. There is a very narrow, small balcony for a maximum of two people. The view of the surroundings is not very nice. You look out over an overgrown parking lot with garbage cans and piles of garbage. There is a large construction site in the neighborhood. The harbor with many restaurants is about ten minutes away, the old town is a good thirty minute walk. which is not necessarily a dream trip given the conditions on Greek sidewalks. Bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance and parking on the street is no problem. The key handover by box without problems.
