Hosts were very helpful they allowed us to do our washing Kitchen allowed us cook breakfast each morning

Location is not in walking distance to Alona beach or Panglao / no nearby shops We rented a bike off the hosts for 250 per day to visit here. We also hired a tuk tuk driver to bring us to chocolate hills / man made forest as it’s 1.5 hr drive away

The nipa hut where we stayed was spacious with a comfortable bed. Shower was generally clean with adequate water pressure. It is not a luxurious type of accommodation but it is comfortable. Though it can become noisy during the day because of all the activities within the property and the road outside, it is in quiet neighbourhood where you can enjoy a night of good sleep at the end of the day. You can also use the kitchenette and the fridge if you want to cook. There is also a water dispenser and free instant coffee and tea. We rented a scooter from the host for a very good price. We arrived on the island very early in the morning and we have no reservation initially. When we arrived on the property they were still cleaning the room so we waited and we’re able to do an early check-in which we appreciate a lot as we were very tired from our boat ride from cdo to bohol. They also have a cat called Milo, who’s very friendly and likes scratches 😊 and would sometimes be overly curious and check your room 🐈‍⬛

At the back of our room was the water pump, it was noisy and would become quite bothersome during the night. We then asked the host if we can turn it off during the night, which he showed us how to do, so that we can turn it off once we’re done using the water.

The hotel was very comfortable with a tropical atmosphere. The communal kitchen was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Would be nice if the showers were a little stronger.

Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you may need and it was easy to rnet motorbikes. Also they have the cutest cats!
