"The Black Walnut Inn is the quintessential New England B&B experience."

The breakfast was fantastic! There were different delicious traditional and seasonal choices each day. The owner and staff were welcoming and attentive. The historic property was lovely, well kept and the rooms were homey.

WiFi was fine, but I was better off roaming during peak times.

The room itself was very nice. But, the room had an emergency exit door that was located right next to the bed area and the street noise from that door was awful. It sounded like we were on the street. Breakfast was delicious and staff were great. Would be a 5 if not for the street noise.

We came to the Black Walnut Inn for our Wedding Night and we are so happy and absolutely over the moon that we did! Everything was truly perfect and charming and we hope to come back for years to come! The BlackWalnut Inn was the perfect place to usher us off into married life!
