Nice apartment in the new building in the city centre

The apartment was very clean, the owner Julijana waited for us at the door and showed us everything. She was very patient and pleasant and If I have the opportunity to stay again in Skopje I will contact her. The parking was beneath the building, it's 10e per day but you know your car and your stuff are safe. Otherwise, it's very hard to find parking in the city center on your own.

I actually don't have any complains, like I said to the owner as well. Everything was great, the apartment was very clean, in a good spot, in walkable distance to everything in the city center.

Super friendly Host, she helped us on the phone with directions and was waiting for us at the reception of the flat, she introduce us to the security guy as well so he doesn’t bother us but also this made us feel even more safe. The apartment was super clean, I worked all my life in hotel industry and I really now how to check. It felt like this is a brand new apartment and we are the first people to use it. I also liked the aromatic candle that was on the table it gave us super nice atmosphere.

The location was a bit challenging to find as the area is still under construction, and the parking facility wasn’t suitable for a big car with a trailer and skybox. However, the host did provide a temporary alternative solution, which was helpful. Unfortunately, we were negatively surprised by the pet policy. We specifically chose this place because it was listed as pet-friendly, but when we arrived with our two dogs, they were denied entrance and had to sleep in the car. The host was very sorry and apologetic about the situation, but it was still quite disappointing for us. We believe Booking.com should allow customers to communicate directly with the host before making a booking to avoid similar unpleasant surprises in the future.

Nothing cose everything is gorgeouus

Great location in the center of Skopje, newly built apartment, clean, modern. The reception downstairs were working all night, which gives you a good sense of security. The hostess Julijana was very nice, communicate, and helpful in case anything was needed.

Nothing negative.
