Il Rifugio Del Conte

Our weekend stay at the apartment Il Rifugio del Conte was just amazing. The apartment met all our expectations. The host Laura and her family met us with small treats and good mood-)) they are very hospitable and nice people who will take care that your stay will be at the best level. I highly recommend this apartment

Die Lage ist ideal; zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zur Promenade LungoMare sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Altstadt beginnt direkt an der Haustür ist aber trotz allem sehr ruhig.

Jeśli chcesz mieszkać w centrum starego włoskiego miasta to jest to właśnie takie miejsce. Byliśmy gośćmi Laury, bardzo sympatycznej, przemiłej osoby, która przywitała nas serdecznie, punktualnie o umówionej wcześniej godzinie. Poświęciła nam sporo czasu pokazując i objaśniając zasady działania obiektu i co warto zobaczy w Bari. Ogromnym plusem tego miejsca było : wcześniejsze zameldowanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażony dom w zasadzie kamienica, z dwoma łazienkami , kuchnią wystarczająco wyposażoną , dwoma tarasami , balkonami, bardzo dobrze działającym internetem. Wszędzie bardzo czysto , pachnące ręczniki, przybory go mycia, bardzo dobra suszarka w górnej łazience . Dość ciekawym elementem apartamentu były kręcone schody . Wąskie ale wygodne ( wymagają kondycji) . Wrócimy napewno

The location so close to water front and to catch cruise and old town

The stairs they were spiral could not get our suitcases up to bedroom only a hand luggage size would fit Bedrooms weren’t private as you had to go through them to get next one on next level I suggest perhaps screen accomodation more suitable for families not couples shareing there is no tv kitchen are tiny

Läget och omgivningarna var toppen! Laura en omtänksam värd..

Hade tyvärr inte förstått av bilderna att huset var uppdelat i 4 våningar. Köket var trångt och det var jobbigt för oss äldre med alla spiraltrappor.

The location was central to everything including historic sites, restaurants, the port. We did 1 load of laundry which was nice. The decks were nice up top.

The stairs are narrow and awkward to carry anything up or down. Even a carryon suitcase was a challenge to take up. I imagined having coffee up top but not possible due to stairs. There is no comfortable place to sit as the small couch is not comfortable. There is no place in bathroom or shower to put toiletries. I suggest the owner spend the night there like a traveler to make improvements for comfort.
