The apartment is beautiful, has good air conditioning, and is just 30 seconds from a market. With Yandex, it takes about 10 minutes to get downtown. Water is provided.
The air conditioning is only in the living room with the twin beds, so the bedroom may not stay cool if the door is closed. Additionally, the shower head is not fixed to the wall. The phone number provided on Booking.com is not functional. Fortunately, I was able to reach the owner through another guest. Additionally, the address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. Its about two streets from the adress listed. Look for the building shown in the photo, and the location is on the third floor of a billiard shop. Locals helped us find the appartment. On Yandex, I used this address to locate the apartment: Know land JXCV+J5H, Termez St, Samarkand, Samarqand Region. I joined a picture of where the appartment is located. The conversation with the owner in English can be challenging, as it seems to be translated using Google Translate, which may lead to some loss in translation. However, the owners were very nice, and I recommend this place.
