"Great cost stay at excellent location"

Cosy, comfortable, everything you need, perfect location, kind host, lovely little spot!

Nothing, only upstairs the roof is a bit low, but no problems with that. A lot of space downstairs.

"A wonderful place to stay!"

A lovely little accommodation that totally exceeded expectations. So much more space than I’d envisioned, lovely and clean, so homely, plenty of storage space. Very convenient location, easy to walk into Wadebridge, a stones throw from all local amenities. Host was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make sure that we were in need of nothing! We will absolutely stay here, or in the host’s other apartments, again!!

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and I woke every morning with a back ache - could be worth getting a mattress topper? (Also could just be my personal preference, as I don’t believe anyone else has had an issue). Other than that, no complaints, a fantastic place to stay!!!

"Fab little spot, would return."

Property had everything that we needed. It was great value & even had a surprise welcome hamper which had lots of goodies in!

We hadn’t realised that the property was so close to other houses/ rentals. However, it was a nice quiet spot in a great location for us.

The location was easy reach of everythink it was clean welcoming even a welcome pack which was a lovely touch they thought of everything would highly recommend

"Excellent value little home"

Only a 10 minute walk from Wadebridge's shops,coffee shops and lots of take aways but on a quiet road. The downstairs has lots of room with a fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs sloping roof take a little getting used to but was fine. The welcome hamper was a real treat. I would stay again.

"It was quiet and relaxing which is how I like it."

I was sent a message if I arrived at the cottage by 3 pm I would find the door open and it was, the downstairs accommodation was clean and spacious, and I very much appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, milk biscuits, crisps, etc.

I was forewarned I needed to take care in the upstairs bedroom because it was built into the eaves of the roof, I still managed to hit my head half a dozen times, but it didn't put me off liking the accommodation
