Very nice villa, staff is super polite and friendly

Every experience at this villa was outstanding. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind—especially Dinka, who supported me so much during my stay. Fine dining options are available nearby, and many famous restaurants and attractions are just a short bike ride away. I ended up spending a lot of time here because the villa was so cozy and perfect for relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay, from the breakfast to the shared space to the plunge pool. The villa was an up to date and well maintained new property. Would definately stay here again 😊

Hidden away in a great location with many restaurants, bars a short walk away. The villa was amazing and had everything needed! Excellent decor and cute pool! The breakfast included was excellent and allowed us to start our day great. The facilities were excellent… comfortable bed, great shower/bath tub etc The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite! Loved our stay here!

Our villa was spacious with comfortable beds. It was just a short walk to a lot of famous cafes, plus there’s a convenience store at the end of the street. It’s about a 5 min scooter to the Main Street (near Finns etc). The surrounding area is very quiet with no construction. The villa was very aesthetic, with cooking facilities and a huge fridge plus bar fridges and TVs in our bedroom. The pool is small but very clean. If you book just “one bedroom” they will let you choose a bedroom to stay in (either second or third floor) then will lock the other one. The staff were incredibly friendly. It was lovely to come back to our villa at the end of a long day.

The villas are cleaned daily and they text you to organise a time to clean, but occasionally the cleaners would ring on the door bell at random hours to clean the pool/replace the water jug. If you don’t answer the doorbell, they just let themselves in. We felt slightly uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and having staff in our villa twice a day with no option to opt out felt too much. We wish there was even a simple Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door. There were lots of caterpillars in the sunken lounge area and lots of midgies (small flies) in the upstairs bedroom. A lot of the linen and towels were stained or dirty, and the shower could use some love as the showerhead was blocked up.

So welcoming and accommodating!! Any problems we had were solved in less than a few minutes and help was sent at any given moment without a delay. Very grateful to Dika and team for providing a comfortable stay. Rooms were in pristine condition, just like in the photos. Beautiful villa to stay in. The villa was also very close to the Main Street so all restaurants were walking distance. That made melas very convenient. Indonesian breakfast at the villa itself was 10/10! Thank you team for the wonderful stay!

There was often difficulty locking the main gate outside the villa. But to be fair, we called someone from the villa team every night and they helped us lock it from outside. They also assured us that the guard was sitting outside in the guardhouse but that was only towards the end of the trip that we noticed someone in the guardhouse (but there were no security issues). Only downside was that the rubbish was not cleaned frequently from the kitchen bin so there were some problems with the smell and insects. However, everything was cleared up pronto after letting them know of the situation. No persisting problems at all.
