Royal Retreat ,Kandy

Beautiful room with the most breathtaking view!!! Waadya and Seba were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and fulfilling. The lemonade stole the show. All in all, so far this has been my favourite place to stay in in SL.

Very helpful staff, who provided us with an excellent service comparable to places with almost 10 times the price. Excellent view of mountains. Food is great.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The staff was very sweet and helpful with everything we needed. They made us feel at home and there is a very nice view.

The AC works and the room was big

It wasn’t super clean, there were stains everywhere (bed sheets, curtains, wall… our rooms windows faced the main courtyard with people watching TV making a lot of noise.

The view out of the room was amazing, we saw the sunrise from the bed, the rooms was spacious and clean, the other rooms were far so was very private. The breakfast was nice and in a nice room. The service was super nice and helpful. We even asked for laundry service and it was fast and very good price :)

Location is maybe a bit out of town, so a ride (tuk tuk or car) I needed

La amabilidad del personal y las zonas comunes

La limpieza. Los baños y las cortinas estaban muy sucios. El baño era un habitáculo muy pequeño donde estaba todo junto sin separacion ninguna así que ducharse era muy incómodo.
