The amenities in the room were good (kitchen utensils, washing machine, air conditioning working quietly, plenty of space in the room and a large balcony. The building is located close to the beach, a few kilometers from the old town of Batumi

a room in a huge multi-story building. Getting to the room takes quite a long time because the elevators are crowded and the elevators are poorly programmed. It is very difficult to park your car in the vicinity of the hotel (no parking available, you have to park on the street). Room poorly cleaned. The price is definitely too high for this standard of the room.
