"Unacceptable service, no wi-fi or tv for 6 of 8 days, no communication without it."

Communication with property management was impossible due to lack of wi-fi service which was not available for 6 of the 8 days we were there. Scheduled appointment for morning following our self check-in (due to late arrival) was not kept, nor followed up for the next 4 days, until we contacted them by other means.
