Nice modern facilities, friendly staff.

Found it very hard to get a ride as no one seems to know that they exist.

We had the most amazing stay at Minnie’s, everything was exceptional. The room was incredibly clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the service was exceptional! Tristan made us gorgeous food every day which we will really miss. He was more than happy to help us throughout our stay, including our friends who were staying elsewhere. He also provided us with great suggestions for the next stop on our trip. The team helped us with our laundry and were so helpful. We would return in a heart beat! Thank you for a great stay.

A very minor detail were the noisy cockerels next door but they are very typical of Palawan and can be expected anywhere, just take earplugs for at night and you’ll be set!

This is a fairly new hotel, I think 3 years old, and the rooms were nicely designed. I particularly appreciate the lighting setup in both the room as well as the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and as far as I heard from other guests, the breakfast and food in general is great. It was nice to have a dispenser to refill my water bottles rather than going out to have to buy plastic bottles. It was convenient to park my rental car in the courtyard. The A/C and Wifi worked well.

The mattress and pillows were very hard. Also, starting at 5 AM, the rooster in a yard right behind the hotel starts crowing and the windows don't provide much sound insulation. So, I certainly didn't need an alarm clock! Of course, nothing to be done about that, but it would have helped if they had installed better windows.

De hulp en flexibiliteit die we kregen van Kayla en Tristian was in een woord geweldig. De kamer is heerlijk en het terras is knus.

Great location and beautiful hotel with a nice courtyard view from our room. Very nice bathroom. Very friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. Special thanks to Tristan who cooked us the best breakfast we had during our entire 3 week trip to the Philippines, and took our order the previous evening to have it ready for us in the morning! He also helped us find a tricycle to take us to the lovely Lake Manguao 30 minutes' drive away, which has a delightful little trail up a hill that the park ranger will take you round.

The tricycle driver asked us for 1500 for the round trip to Lake Manguao (30 mins each way plus 1 hour of waiting there) having initially agreed 1000 for the trip. Recommend future guests try to find a tricycle driver themselves as this is a bad price.
