Super location. One of the cleanest hotels in the area. Modern and service and food are good.

Pool was poorly maintained. No gym. The aircon in the rooms is not good enough to cool the room.

1. The Location was awesome. right in front of the beach. you just need to cross the road and you are there at the beach. though there is no official opening to reach at the beach but you can manage by climbing down on the rocks placed there. 2. the Hospitality- its a boutique hotel with limited facilities of like a 3star hotel but the staff there was trying to move mountains to please their guest. that was really heartwarming. Special mention- Mr Aveesh at the reception- he really did whatever there in his might to make us feel comfortable. Love you Aveesh. truly grateful to you.

1. limited variety of food. 2. Room size is small 3. though they take the benefit of claiming beachfront property, but do not provide beach towel- not even on paid basis. that eventually ruin the beach experience. you usually dont carry your own bed sheet while going to a beach location, you see. 4. Shortage of umbrellas- it was rainy seasons- and i dont think that providing umbrellas to guests should feel like providing luxuries- Aveesh gave me his personal umbrella so that we can go out.

The beachfront location was excellent offering beautiful sea view rooms.

The service could be improved and the buffet breakfast had limited choice and didn’t meet our expectations

Clean comfortable hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful, hence the score of 8. The hotel is situated quite far from the town and because we were travelling out of high season most of the surrounding places were closed. The staff were very helpful getting us local and airport transport. Pool was lovely.

Breakfast options were quite limited but again, this may have been because of the off peak timing of our stay.

The location. 10 on 5. Bang on the beach road. Nearby to several cafes, restaurants and places to hang out. Rooms overlooking the sea. Full length windows. Ample parking at the back.

The rooms are a little cramped. Especially the bathroom. (Stayed in room no. 106)
