Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer sauber und mit warmen Wasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte aber noch etwas verbesserungsfähig sein. Nebenan hat es aber ein kleines Café. Es liegt nicht direkt im Herzen von El nido, sind aber nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man hat kaum Ablagefläche oder Haken zum etwas aushängen. Da wir aber eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war das kleine Zimmer kein so großer pain Point für uns.

I wasn’t expecting the bathroom to be so small that I couldn’t put my stuff down. I was showering over the toilet and the drain on the floor took hours to drain all the water, so the bathroom floor was always wet. I asked to have my room cleaned as it is a service they provide, and they didn’t do it. I had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels and the garbage in my room was full and never emptied. I brought up my issues with the staff multiple times and they did nothing. The mattress was so uncomfortable I could feel every spring. Again I talked to the staff and they offered to show me another room. When I asked to see another room they were sold out so I couldn’t actually move rooms. Not sure why they offered then. I booked 9 nights because I needed to be in Él Nido for that long and it was high season. Only ended up staying 4 and the hotel refuses to reimburse me. They are not communicating with me, refusing to answer any and all of my concerns. I was so upset with everything. Don’t stay here.
