La Terrazza sul Mare

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick und toller Ausgangslage zu den Stränden und in die kleine Stadt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Modern apartment in a central location, just a 15 minute walk to La Cinta (a beautiful beach) and only a few minutes to the town centre full of restaurants, clubs and shops. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped, clean and comfortable for a couple. The bathroom was particularly nice. The real highlight was the private, dining sized terrace with a beautiful view. It gets sun in the mornings and stays pleasantly cool in the afternoons and evenings, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all my questions and requests.

San Teodoro seems to be geared more towards a younger crowd, with loud electronic music and nightlife dominating the town centre in the evenings. If you don’t mind that it’s still a very pretty town, with a stunning beach and plenty to do.

Искат туристическа такса, която беше в достатъчно голям размер(30-35евро), а даже и не получаваш бележка за тези пари. Отделно за първи път в живота ми искат пари да използвам чаршафи и кърпа! Такова нещо не бях виждала! Не е депозит, а директно плащаш наем?!?! Такова нещо не съм вярвала, че ще видя! Леглата не са особено удобни.

L’appartement était très confortable et fonctionnel, la terrasse à la hauteur des photos. Il était très propre et bien équipé. La localisation permet d’accéder à des plages à pied et très proche de plein de criques accessibles en voiture à 20min.

Il manquait juste des torchons.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Traumhafte Terasse mit Ausblick auf Meer und Wildpferde. Alles in der Küche da, was man braucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Lage auch gut, 2min von der Stadt. Zum Strand muss man allerdings ein paar Minuten gehen, das wussten wir aber schon vorher. Alles perfekt - kommen wieder!

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Lovely apt in a great location near the town. Gorgeous airy balcony and air conditioning that worked well. Had everything we needed for a week away. Owner was very pleasant and helpful too

Nothing about the property but San Teodoro seems to be a town for large groups young people so sometimes nearby apts were v noisy at night. Never went on too late though. Town became very crowded from about 10pm.
