Hotel Boulevard Nairobi, City Centre CBD

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, good spacious rooms, fairly beautiful surroundings.

The rooms have a musty smell and the towels were so tatty😔

the reception staff Mr. eric was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and restaurant served excellent food

The swimming pool did not expect my expectation of cleanliness.

The room opened up on to a garden. The dinner was good. The breakfast was good.

The fan did not work in the outlet it was plugged into. I had communicated about wanting AC, but did not receive. Was grateful that it was unneeded.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Liked the garden and variety of seating for the restaurant. Rooms facing the garden were great.

Not all rooms have air conditioning. Rooms at the front overlook the carpark and expressway. Beds and pillows were very hard. Pool is next to the expressway.

The staff are courteous, facilities all that I need and it is value for money.

I occasionally struggled with access to WiFi, for which a strong and consistent service is essential. This was not always present.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Garten und einen langen Swimmingpool, das Personal - reception, restaurant und housekeeping - sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Meine Freundin und ich hatten ein schönes Valentin's Dinner, vom Hotel organisert mit Live Musik, und tagsüber gab's Rosen zum Geschenk! Seit vier Jahren gehe ich nun immer ins Boulevard Hotel, wenn ich in Nairobi bin.

Pool hat nicht so zum Schwimmen eingeladen, Lage - ins Zentrum sind es ca. 2km durch nicht die beste Gegend
