Cozy house on the outskirts of Höllviken

Gjennomgående bra standard. For oss en fantastisk beliggenhet.

Det hadde vært fint med en ny komfyr på kjøkkenet.

Una casa bellissima, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillitá tipicamente svedese. A pochi minuti dal mare, perfetta per chi vuole godersi dei tramonti mozzafiato o fare un barbecue all' aperto. La casa si presenta pulita, completa di tutti i confort e tutti gli accessori necessari (anche il sapone per la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie). Unico neo sono i numerosi ragni presenti a causa della tipologia di abitazione e territorio. A soli 3 minuti si arriva al centro cittadino dove ci sono supermercati e piccole gallerie commerciali. Consigliatissima

- ruhige Lage mit Meer im Westen und Osten - gut ausgestattete Wohnung, u.a. Spül-&Waschmaschine - viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen - guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Malmö (++) und Lund (o/-), Ystad mit Ales Stenar (++) - Abends Sundowner entweder in 300m oder (extrem schön) an Skanör Beach (ca. 10 km) - im Wohnzimmer und DG-Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage (haben wir aber wenig genutzt... lüften mit Durchzug hilft auch)

- extrem viel Spinnen (außen, aber auch innen), wegen der vielen Fliegen - für die Spinnen und die Fliegen kann der Vermieter selbstverständlich nichts, aber entlang der Dachrinne (in ca. 2m Höhe) zum Hauseimgang (an der man ständig vorbei muss) und auf der Terrasse (Stühle und Tisch) und der Dachterrasse (Geländer und Doppelfenstertür) hätte ich gewünscht, dass vorher mal wenigstens mit einem harten Besen grob Spinnennetze mit Bewohner reduziert worden wären...

Place was ready when we got there, everything we needed was there. I don't love putting on our own linens but that seems to be more and more common. It is in a very pretty little area, you would want a car as it is not walkable to the nearest store or transit. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cute place.

A beautiful house and location, everything was ready and available for a comfortable stay. We were very happy to spend the weekend and would love to come back!

Super nice house with everything you need (except toilet paper). The location is perfect, the house really big. BBQ, a kitchen with all necessities, spacious kitchen and living room. Most stunning sunsets and really quiet

Having bikes would be a huge improvement - walking into the city center to get bread or to the bus is a 30 minute walk. Unfortunately the people before us had a dog with them. We love dogs, but not having their hair everywhere. And there are tons of big spiders inside and outside. Nothing to do against them - just good to know for people who don’t like spiders.

This is a great little house, with everything that you could want. We found it very comfortable and enjoyed the location in the quaint little town of Höllviken. Bedding was in good condition, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our family of 4, book and stay in homes (via booking.com) numerous times each year, and around the world. But to date, I have never had to make my own beds! Linen was left in a box on the counter for us on arrival. I found it odd. Mostly though, while the upstairs was better, the downstairs (particularly the kitchen and the bathroom) were very dirty. It may have been an oversight, but at the very least, I expect more than half a roll of loo paper for 4 people for 2 nights, and the bins to have been emptied. :-|
