Two Summit View Ella

The location was exceptional - just a ten minute walk into the centre of Ella. The views from the room were first class. Loved the visit from the monkeys late afternoon. The couple who run the property couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was served when you wanted it and there was always a great selection of food.

Shower could have been hotter. WiFi could have been better.

I especially liked the staff of the hotel. We got traditional sri lankan breakfast Server every morning and the owner of the hotel offered to help us with a lot of things!!! We stayed for 3 nights!

What a breakfast!!!!

Saman and his family were the most wonderful hosts, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The room and balcony view was breathtaking, and the 15 minute walk from the town centre made it the perfect oasis. I would come back to Ella just to stay here again.

The location was great, near the centre of town but on a quiet street and high up with lovely views of the valley. The family were very lovely and helpful. The wife prepared a special breakfast of hoppers for me, because I'm celiac. The husband helped me to find a driver and guide for my onward journey who turned out to be excellent! He couldn't do enough to help. The building is new and the room is huge, clean with everything you could need.

It is a little hard to find so a sign on the street would be helpful especially for people arriving late at night. The wifi connection wasn't great when I arrived but the husband quickly fixed it. I had no hot water in my shower in the morning but the husband quickly showed me to another room where i had a lovely hot shower. The walls are quite thin so i was a bit aware of the noise next door, this might be something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Great stay! Hosts were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional! Unfortunately our room didn’t quite have the view from the photos as the photos were of the room next door however we really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic facilities and incredibly comfy bed.
