Great location, quiet, friendly staff

Pool was lovely. Location terrific. Good value for money. Indonesian breakfasts were good. Staff lovely and helpful. Great aircon in room.

Beds were hard. Towels and sheets were old and yellowing. No tea or coffee supplied in villa, and no milk available for breakast tea or coffee. Bacon that came with breakfast was not even recogniseable as bacon - was some weird processed mystery meat! Very limited selection at restaurant. Couldn't charge room service to room, had to pay each time, very annoying. List of 'rules' and item inventory offensive. There was no sense of hospitality.

The property was as described online.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. In bedrooms 2 and 3 there was a persistent sewerage smell. The staff asked daily if they should clean the room, I would expect this was a given that the rooms would be cleaned. I felt uncomfortable asking for my room to be cleaned.

Alles was perfect geregeld, vriendelijk personeel op alle fronten.

Location was fantastic. Pool was amazing.

Restaurant was average and you couldn’t charge to your room which was annoying. Apparently have our pool cleaned is “as requested” which no one told us. There was a dead rat squished in the driveway that no one would clean up, gross having to walk past it to get to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, good location, a short walk to the beach.

The bathrooms could do with a good clean with bleach to get rid of mold build up and the towels could be upgraded as they were stained.

Breakfast was simple but nice

A self serve coffee machine
