Absolutely avoid this property. They cancelled our booking the day before arrival, leaving us with almost no time to find somewhere else. Their excuse was that the property was suddenly “unsafe to stay in” — which raises even more concerns about how they run the place. If it was genuinely unsafe, why was it being offered for bookings in the first place? And if it wasn’t, then it feels like a dishonest excuse to cancel last minute. Completely ruined our plans, caused unnecessary stress, and showed zero regard for guests. Poor communication, no accountability, and totally unprofessional. I would never trust booking here again.

So quite and everything as advertised could not have expected more

Not the property fault but work was going on outside which was noisy.

Apartments were well kept and great location. Off road parking and facing Tesco (large supermarket). Really easy to deal with management team. Easy check in and out.

Some bad smell every time entering house

I stayed in the penthouse apartment just off the Sydenham Bypass and it was an amazing apartment. 3 spacious and tidy bedrooms and 2 clean bathrooms equipped with the essentials. Kitchen, dining and living area was open plan and was brilliant for space
