The location was convenient for our purpose. There was an easily accessible toilet in the hallway. The key safe is a convenient way of gaining access to the property. The host responded to our enquiries in a helpful way. The mattress was comfortable.

Outside door was not lockable, the door to our room was. Generally clean but one used plastic water bottle in the room and a further plastic bottle on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom lighting is very dim. The general feel of the room was very clinical and unwelcoming. The bedding was not clean but not ironed. There was only a thin fleece blanket which smelled musty. The blanket was inadequate to keep two people warm in the cold room. In addition there was no sheet provided for under the blanket, which is unhygienic and in our view not acceptable. There was only one towel provided for two people. In our view £75 is too high a price for this room.
