Floor heating, Smart TV with Netflix App, many wardrobes, in close proximity to supermarkets, the host was responsive and helpful.

Squicky bed, uncomfortable mattress, balcony door not properly isolated, pans/pots should be replaced, cleaning tabs should be provided for the dishwasher, the bathroom and living should be properly cleaned, the intercom to the outside is ringing randomly, also late in the night, shower drain was blocked.

The heating system was excellent, making our winter stay very comfortable. The condominium is modern and clean, conveniently located near supermarkets and popular restaurants like McDonald's. Promenade Mall is also within walking distance, about a half-hour stroll away. The WiFi worked well, with clear instructions on how to connect, and we had access to Netflix and Prime Video.

The code for the key-lock should be provided before accessing the apartment. The booking app is not always available due to roaming issues, so it should be communicated the day before via email, phone call, or WhatsApp. The shower drain was clogged, and we had to stop the water during the shower to avoid overflow. We called for assistance, but the problem was not resolved. The intercom rang at all hours, including at night. After calling for assistance, it was disconnected, which improved the situation but did not completely solve the problem. The mattress was of poor quality. While this is subjective, we have stayed in many similar accommodations, and this was one of the worst we have experienced. General cleaning needs improvement. For example, the oven door, bathroom mirror, and shower glass were not properly cleaned. We bought and left a colander in the apartment as it was not provided. In general, the cooking tools were insufficient. For example, there were only three teaspoons, and one frying pan had significant wear and tear, making it potentially dangerous for health. The balcony door in the bedroom did not close properly, causing cold air to enter.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. The check in procedure was really fast and the host was always in touch with us making sure that we have a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place.. We will deffinetly be back
