Clean room, no cleaning of change of sheets during the week (that would give a higher score) but appreciated that there was fridge and also a washer that all could use.

When staying a week, a change of sheet and towels would have been appreciated

The location is close to the busstation, which suited us. We only stayed one night and just needed a place to sleep. Building looks like an office building, hotel is on the third floor. Rooms are big enough, clean have ac. Staff was friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to questions through the messaging service of booking.com. If you are in Trincomalee for the beach, I think there are better options, but for us it was great.

A bit noisy maybe, but nothing too bad. Around 5 there was a mosque transmitting their prayers close by.

Very comfy and big rooms with balcony and a great view. Staff was very welcoming and could fullfil every wish. We were allowed to use the public refrigerator and water cattle. Even though it said there is no wifi on booking. There is wifi available in the rooms
