S Group Of Houseboat

Staff was good and hospitable, helping wherever possible. When no proper facilities were provided by houseboat owner dropped us to the dropping location through his personal small old boat.

Old houseboat, not comfortable beds, bedding was also quite old, no charging points, heavy blankets, washroom was old style and no proper facilities for receiving and dropping customer to the pickup and drop points.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED ON SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES This place should never be open for human or non human ie pets any animals. This is a most inhabitable place I have ever seen or been to. Honestly I will be looking into putting a serious complaint to Kashmir tourism board.

When you enter the place stink’s, the room showed so disgusting my mistake the owner asked for the money upfront which I gave. When I saw the room I asked for my money back immediately. The owner pleaded saying please don’t as he family to support. Then he showed me another room which was slightly bearable but stunk, i bought my own bedspread and sheets covered the pillows with a towel. I felt sorry for the the owner left my stuff and went out. Just couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast was supposed to be eggs and toast ( owner said he could not get eggs?!)butter cut in pieces on cold bread when I questioned it he got really angry and snapped grabbing my plate. I immediately packed and left. At 7.30 am @Booking.com you have let me down please check the place it is not anywhere near 7.3 rating this place needs closing. Low price does not mean not habitable,

There is nothing to like they had refused us to stay

They had refused us to stay at their houseboat they are saying us to modify but they had increased the price
