Trade Winds is a spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped house and we very much enjoyed our stay, We would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation to others. It is a bonus to have ample parking space as many properties in Brixham don't have this.

Everything was very good. The house is up a steep hill (not unusual for Brixham) so for anyone who has difficulty walking, it may be tricky.
